Needed to close on a house while travelling. After notifying them of my travel plans, and without any prior notification, I received an email at 4:30 Friday afternoon requiring documents to be signed, notarized, and returned by Monday. I asked for some help and their response was - well you have until Monday! Lucky I was travelling in the U.S. and not Africa.
If you’re looking for an attorney, and you’re looking for attorney-client privilege…Don’t come here. I spent $900 on a basic closing transaction and then found out that the ONE question I had for my attorney (Rose) he shared with the seller on the transaction. The seller got completely bent out of shape that I had a question and now this law firm has caused us undue grief. Not to mention, it’s not ethical, maybe illegal, for a lawyer who you’re paying to share your private personal information with another party. So that will be for the North Carolina Bar Association to look at. Don’t use this firm.
Absolute worst. These ratings are bogus. They do not deserve to even have 1 star, let alone 4.7. Expensive waste of time.
