I filed for bankruptcy in 2016. Prior to speaking with Mrs. Davis I was scared an ashamed that I was in the situation to be filing for bankruptcy. After my free consultation not only was my mind at ease but a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. She was kind, thorough, and quick to get me filed. I couldn't be happier with my choice to retain Mrs. Davis and highly suggest her to others that may be in need of bankruptcy advice.

This was the first time our family dealt with a lawyer of any kind. We actually never met Ms Lay but worked directly with her assistant. I'm not sure if that's how it usually works; lawyers are busy handling other issues.

Hired Law Firm

Mrs. Lay is a very bad bad lawyer and person period. She tried to sell me out to a mortgage company. She was supposed to help me file bankruptcy procedures against them; when I found out she quit my case, and lied to the judge so she could leave the case,also in collusion with the trustee,took $1500 dollars of my money,because she quit she was only allowed a $300 dollar fee. She is a hustler, when I complain, about signing any papers she put in front of you. You will be crazy to hire this woman.

I'm sorry you feel like this. I will say that there is no way that I could collude with the Trustee and take anyone's money. $300 is not worth losing my license. This is untrue. There are very stringent laws and regulations on how attorneys are paid.
