He upcharged my loved ones right after giving them a quote then surprise surprise did absolutely nothing and wanted more money . He's useless in family law and doesn't give a d*MN. HATER is spelled all over his behavior towards women an he does Nothing after you pay him except for look for loop holes in asking for more money he's a waste DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY .

I hired Mr Doug Wright about 2 years ago for a modification to my divorce decree. What I blame them for is the way he handled the case. He was not prepared , he had over a year to get prepared . Let me tell you this firm is not cheap . For answering an email they charge you , answering the phone they charge. If he knew that I dont have a case , which I do he should have told me that instead of taking the money . If he was hired people expect work done in return, not just kid talk, remember we are paying lots of money for their services. The opposing attorney ate him alive for a third of his cost . By the way even his boss in charge of the family law in the Bedford office was not any better. I went there to have him look into the case , guess what people he never even bother to call back or email after he promised he will look into it and get back with me . Thats the type of customer service this firm offers . Please people run , find a better place they are not worth it . 0 stars

Called earlier this year about my son who just become of age and has several disabilities. The woman I spoke with back then knew what she was talking about and said I needed to file DAC. She said I had an easy case. She said if I was turned down again to give them a call and they would take care of business. So called back and they have a new girl and she didn't know anything. She went and spoke to someone and come back telling me that I had to get my son updated on his evaluation. I tsaid it was done 10/4/2019 and the other a few months ago. She said she was sorry they couldn't help me unless I got a more updated evaluation. I was so appalled by the ignorance of this girl that I just hung up and called another attorney who asked for a form from his doctor plain and simple. By the way received a call from the girl leaving a message for someone else. Smh!.

John Robinson cared only about collecting the fee and pleading out the case. The facts and my best interest were of no concern. SHYSTER!

My son received the worst representation possible from these people and they have ruined his life. When I tried to contact Bailey or Galyen they refused to respond to my calls. The most unprofessional bunch of people we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Please do not trust these people with your legal issues. You will regret it!

They did do some things, however when they sent me to the Texas workman’s comp insurance place it was on a day that it was closed. I didn’t have a car and was severely injured during that time, I had to pay Uber to take me to the place which was closed when I got there. A simple email telling me they were closed would suffice. they sent me to blue star rehab to get my surgery which never happened so now I am back at work still injured. I give this place two thumbs down and I recommend finding another lawyer because this place uses a kangaroo rehab that will keep you injured to get more money. They Might help you but helping themselves is their first priority and they certainly didn’t help me. My case was a no brainer. I was suppose to be on restricted duty at work bc I broke my thumb on the job. They had me lifting heavy things while on restricted duty and I got a hernia. This should have been open and shut yet here we are six months later and I still never got a surgery or my hearing

I had a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I hired Christine Clary out of the Fort Worth office back in July to handle my divorce. It is now November and there has not been 1 attempt to serve papers to my husband. I’m a single mom of 3 not receiving any child support because of her ineptitude and she doesn’t seem concerned in the least. Excuses, laziness, and untrustworthiness are the standards by which she operates. It’s really sad.

I hired Christine Clary on 12.4.19 after asking one question: Do you have time to get me a hearing as fast as humanly possible so that I can see my babies? (Modification only per contract). Not only is it now 4.4.19 and she hasn't even so much requested temporary orders in a Motion to Modify, but is choosing to breach the contract by trying to coerce me into signing her motion to withdraw without a hearing in front of the judge. Mind you - this lady has been paid in full $3000.

This firm and Attorney (Nicholas Smith)takes weeks to return my calls. He does not address my concerns. I have paid $3000 and I have not been to court and have not received my DNA results. I keep getting billed with no results.
