They did not really fight for me.
Horrible experience. Hired Adam Bernander for a divorce case, worst mistake I have ever made. He does not care about you or your case, they only care about cashing your checks. Communication is an absolute joke. After 6 months of getting absolutely nothing accomplished I fired them and went elsewhere. Spoke with the firms president Greg Curtis about his attorneys performance and he simply didn't care.
I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone, he said he was the best and that is why he cost so much. i believed it. i was taken for a ride for 2 years!! he would set up meetings and have phone calls and talk about nonsense to nickel and dime me. after 2 years of nothing getting done, it was time to take the stand and this guy did not even prepare me for anything and showed up 5 minutes before. needless to say, i froze and screwed up. he never objected or helped me up there. then through the 3 times we went to court he failed to help my case with all the info i had to provide him with. he did nothing to help my situation. the last court date the commissioner said she had enough, but my lawyer wanted the counselor to testify. she did nothing to help my case but cost me a ton of money extra on top of the lawyer fees. this was the worst case of financial abuse i have ever seen. do not trust these people or use them. all they want is money and will not help you!
