Beware!!! Ms. David is a wolf in sheep's clothing! She filed a fraudulent mental health petition to remove a 90+ yr old woman from her home for a psych evaluation. The victim passed the evaluation and should have gone home. Instead was kept in the hospital for 12 days. Ms. David transferred the victim to a locked down facility for mentally ill people. David isolated her from friends and family for almost a year while her trial for removal/modification went on. In isolation the victim was assaulted on an ongoing basis and reported this to Ms. David and the court. No action was taken. Ms. David would not let the victim have access to a phone, internet, mail, her family, friends and even her pastor. Once Ms. David had the victim locked down, the conservator (Ms. Kathleen Carter) stripped the victim's estate, once worth nearly $1,000,000. The victim was moved to a new facility which began "water rstricting" the victim like a lab animal for their convenience and apparently to hasten death.
