Atty. Hooper is very well versed in law. I would use him for any legal needs I might have.
In my meeting with Hooper, he was repetitive, dismissive, and—for no reason—highly insulting. Because of mistakes by him and his assistant, a matter that should have taken two visits to his office took four. On my third visit I got the deed I wanted. My mother’s name was misspelled five of the six times it appeared. His spelling on the correction letter was appalling. Twice he wrote this state as "Texes." Do business with Mark Hooper only if you have no choice.
I wouldn't recommend him,he doesn't like to deal with women clients.From my personal experience I was yelled at like I was an idiot for asking a simple question about documents he needed to finish our case,his secretary followed me out to appoligize for his behavior and said he treated her like that as well. Very unprofessional to yell at the client that is paying you.We fired him!
