I have used this firm to lemon law a new truck. I picked them from their reviews. They have been excellent from intake and all through the process. Unfortunately this manufacturer has been brutal to deal with but with this firm we stayed the course and ultimately won. Their paralegal Allie, whom I dealt with the most was very friendly and helpful. Always returned calls within a day. Bob Silverman was also very helpful. Towards the end I would deal with him a little more and he never made you feel like just another client. Very personable and friendly. They take the time and don’t rush you on your way. Their services I hope I never need again but if I do they will be the first firm I call.
