We were at a loss with our 25 Silverado. 412 miles lifter failure and other driveline related issues. Dealership fixed lifters but said other drivability issues were not found. We took the truck multiple times to the dealership with no success. We contacted Kimmel and Silverman and they put our minds at ease. They took care of the whole process for us and we didn't even have to sue GM. Just by having the lawyer involved was enough for GM to give us what we were owed to be able to get out of the lemon truck we purchased and into another new truck. Thanks Kimmel and Silverman!!! I have used this firm to lemon law a new truck. I picked them from their reviews. They have been excellent from intake and all through the process. Unfortunately this manufacturer has been brutal to deal with but with this firm we stayed the course and ultimately won. Their paralegal Allie, whom I dealt with the most was very friendly and helpful. Always returned calls within a day. Bob Silverman was also very helpful. Towards the end I would deal with him a little more and he never made you feel like just another client. Very personable and friendly. They take the time and don’t rush you on your way. Their services I hope I never need again but if I do they will be the first firm I call.
