Brooks was good, but the communication skills of his staff is terrible. Very unresponsive. Does not make you feel like a valued client.
If you have a CPS case do not go through this man he sits back and collects the check and does nothing to help I didn't hear from him a whole year and a half I had him and then he tries to come in the last day of my court and surprise surprise I lose he's a terrible lawyer and I've already reported him to the bar if you want to lose your kids this is the lawyer for you cuz all he cares about is money so if that's what you're looking for he's perfect
Never returned phone calls, initial agreement was for a jury trial which never happened. I am in the process of filing a grievance with the Texas State Bar against this attorney. Due to his negligence and unethical handling of my case, I have not seen my children in 2 years.
