I didn't have to appear, it was easy, quick & painless... Lost no points, don't have to go to class & this was a Pre-Paid Legal referral attorney. Mr. Hammonds was very professional, pleasant & punctual. However, I hope to never have to use his services in the future as it still cost me $300.
Mr. Hammons was my court-appointed attorney and he was dishonest with me to the point that I went to prison for what I believed was a felony possession of stolen property over $1500, but found out in prison by a unit parole officer, that in fact, the flooring's value was only $1064, and only a misdemeanor. The trial court tried to do the right thing in voiding the sentence but Mr. Hammons testified that I knew of the misrepresentations and agreed to go to prison for a misdemeanor. Do not use him
