Collectively, our lawyers have over 185 years of experience handling serious personal injury and wrongful death cases in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The cases we handle include auto wrecks, tractor trailer wrecks, medical malpractice, defective products, brain injuries, birth injuries, electrical shock injuries, on the job injuries, and many other types of personal injury and wrongful death claims. We also represent those who are the victims of negligently started wildfires. We currently represent those who lost homes and property in recent New Mexico and Texas panhandle wildfires caused by poorly maintained utility poles and lines.

Hired Attorney Mr. Chris Hoffman

We highly recommend this firm. Our car wreck case was a big complicated battle involving different insurance companies and serious injuries but Chris kept fighting until he got every penny available under four different insurance policies. One of the insurance companies had a reputation for never paying the maximum amount of the policy, but Chris got them to pay it all in our case. It was not a quick process Chris took the time to ensure we received the best possible outcome.

I am a Colorado resident and was injured in an auto accident while traveling in Texas. The involvement of two states made the case more complicated than it might otherwise have been. Not only was Chris exactly the right attorney I needed due to his expertise in both states, but he hit it out of the part on all other facets, including communication, responsiveness, caring and patience to get the right outcome, even though my case was not huge. I would highly recommend Chris.

Without Chris we would have used our entire savings and then some after we were rearended by an ubderinsured driver. Since we are retired that was a very frightening situation. Chris did a geatt job of getting everything covered and getting us a settlement as well. He is now representing my son-in-law in a case other laywers thouht was to difficult to bother with. He is not afraid of hard work. Thank you Chris.

Chris was wonderful throughout the entire process. Pursuing a medical malpractice suit is very difficult and he was kind throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to explain the steps through the legal system and too answer any questions we might have. As the case progressed, he not only handled us with dignity and respect, but everyone else involved. We were very pleased with his services and happy to call him our friend now.

Chris was an outstanding lawyer from start to finish. I had a difficult case which other lawyers didn't want to handle. He believed in me, and listened to what I had to say. Whenever I called or emailed him with a question, I received a response within one day. When it came time to negotiate, he was more interested in what I wanted to do, rather than settling the case quickly to his advantage. I felt that he was the advocate I needed.
