Hired Attorney Mr. William Cornett

We had an attorney that proved to be a poor fit for our purposes. We were discouraged by the amount of time he was going to take and the enormous amount of money he would eventually have charged. Mr. Cornett was recommended to the executor as a quality individual and lawyer. We met with Mr. Cornett and were very pleased that we did. In that meeting we agreed to hire Mr. Cornett. Mr. Cornett resolved the will contest in just a few months. He also did it for less than the $5,000.00 retainer.

Hired Attorney Mr. William Cornett

Bill Cornett was on a very friendly, first name basis with the insurance attorney at the deposition. He did not video or record the deposition in any way. He allowed the opposing attorney to alter the entire deposition. He did not help me get medical care. The bone infection from the dislocated hip, 5 herniated discs and fractured L5 vertebra went to the blood stream, caused heart and lung damage. I am now bedfast with Stage 4 Congestive Heart Failure because of his "help."
