We have worked with Richard and his team over the last few months to redo our Trusts and establish a program that will protect our assets and our family for, at least, several generations. My wife and I needed a new estate plan, and our situation is quite complicated. I discussed it with a friend, a highly respected investment advisor, who recommended that Morgan and DiSalvo were the best choice for complex estate matters. Years ago, we had wills and a revocable trust created by another estate attorney, but we were always uncertain it would work as we wanted. In retrospect, it wouldn’t have. Morgan’s group was stepping up to another level: clearly on top of the constantly changing laws and regulations, and able to help us work through our questions and needs. We came away with an estate plan that I have total confidence in. They also assisted us in the somewhat complicated process of titling our various assets properly, as well as beneficiary designations. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.
Writing a Will for the first time can be an overwhelming experience. Richard Morgan and his team made this a much less stressful task. We first came to Richard for a Will back in 2017 and just updated our Powers of Attorney and Will again in October of 2024. Both times were as pleasant as we could ask for.
