STAY AWAY-Our experience with Howe was the worst we have ever had. We contracted for contingency collections on a number of cases, they NEVER collected, & worse, when we canceled services after 12 months of calling & getting terrible response (e.g. we never got updates otherwise) - they sent invoices for their "purported time spent" and expected us to pay...on a contingency contract (not for court expenses, for time) - then filed suit for which we had to fight & win for bogus billing!
I have not had a good experience with this law firm ive been talking to them since sept.2019 and i have no idea whats going on with my case, i dont know who my lawyer is i started off talking to one lawyer who told me he was going to recommend that another lawyer represent me then i found a complete different lawyer is representing me i dont know whats going on i dont know what to do ive sent emails and all and nobody has responded yet. This is just crazy i am not happy at all i think i may need to go with a different law firm one that is going to help me and communicate with me and guide me .
