The office staff will set up appointments for you to speak with Nancy, she will be very endearing, understanding, speak to you like she cares, drags the conversation out to incur unnecessary charges and when it comes to court day, she hasn't organized any of the details, flies by the seat of her pants and when you nail her down on her actions, she will lie her way out of her short comings and place the blame at the client's feet. I ultimately fired her, contacted opposing counsel and worked the case out on my own, later finding out from o/c that she refused to communicate with them and produce requested materials as well. Very poor work ethics and does not care about her clients. Waste of time and money.
