Ilene was very personable and made it easy for me to relate my preferences for my estate documents. She is quite knowledgeable and prepared my documents in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend her.

We have been associated with Mr. Fingeret of over 12 years.We live in MD and we trusted him the first time we met him and have entrusted all legalities associated w/ an elderly uncle to him w/o reservation.As the court appointed attorney for an incapacitated person, he was never paid for services when rendered but had to wait considerable time for payment.There has never been a problem with any aspect of our association with Jay. He has integrity and is truly on the side of the elderly client.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
