I met Pete Hileman in 1993, with my first auto accident, and I have been using their firm ever since.Pete has always made himself available and he treated my case as if I was a personal friend.He's very caring and trustworthy, which is why I have recommended him to many of my friends and they were always pleased with his services.There is never a case too small for him to take on and when he does you just have to sit back and Pete will take care of everything. You wont be disappointed!

We connected with Jonathan Russell and his team at Drake, Hileman & Davis with regard to a motor vehicle accident in fall 2018. Jonathan was genuinely empathetic to the pain and injuries we were facing in addition to helping us with the legal process. He and his team were always reachable, prompt in clarifying our queries, calming our concerns, dealing with the different insurance documentation and guiding us through all the legalities. We really are grateful that we could connect with Jonathan Russell and his team. Highly recommend the firm!

I’m very sorry to say I would NEVER recommend Drake Hileman & Davis. I was hit from behind in a parking lot. It was proven the defendant was 100% at fault. Jeremy Puglia did an extremely bad job representing me. After 3 years of pain and suffering he kept pushing me to have an electrical stimulation device surgical placed in my back, I have a temporary one and was sick in bed for 4 days throwing up and severe migraines. I had it removed and Jeremy Puglia just kept saying that we could get big money if I had surgery. He actually recommended I have the surgery and try to deal with the stimulation device until after we went to court. When I refused he took a settlement of $2,000 of which I received less than $400 dollars. He called me to tell me that he was excepting the offer if I felt I needed I could hire another law firm and try to get more. In my opinion I feel that man should NOT have a law license. He is a disgrace to the judicial system.
