I've been using KC for years on several business related lawsuits with awesome success. A year ago, I retained the firm's real estate division to prosecute a multi-million dollar real estate issue I had personally involving property damage, negligence, and the city/county. As expected, they did a wonderful job ensuring my rights were aggressively enforced. They are the best of the best in a legal field saturated with great lawyers. That says a lot!
I've said this before and I'll say it again - dangerously smart lawyers!! Used this law firm during both a heated real estate dispute and a complex business dispute and came out on top. And the icing on the cake was both of my opponents were driven into the ground. I’m forever grateful – hence my review - or, reviews at this point :)
Retained this firm before I purchased a franchise and thank god I did. This team was able to ensure that that the franchise chain I purchased was fair and did not attempt to strongarm me into a one-sided agreement (that favored the franchise). Needess to say, because of Kushner Carlson, the franchises that I purchased are highly profitable and it is extremely comforting knowing that I have Mike and his team on standby should a franchise related issue/dispute arise. Yes - it is true - this is a very aggressive law firm. I interviewed several lawyers before hiring this firm and am so pleased I did. My HOA case ended up going to court. After a three day trial in front of a jury, we won! Happy client for life!
