Where do I even begin? If you are considering retaining Josh Isaacs to represent you, don’t hesitate and don’t look any further. He is it. Do yourself a favor: if you want to make an incredibly stressful process more manageable, trust in his expertise, resourcefulness, skill, and even his sense of humor. My child support and custody case lasted nearly three years. Josh was my second attorney, first representing me in District Court and then preparing to represent me in the Court of Appeals. Thanks to Josh’s strategy, persistence, and tactical pressure at precisely the right moments, we were able to reach a settlement. And the results were far better than what I ever expected—both at trial and in the settlement agreement. His performance in court was truly stellar. He was a superstar—confident, sharp, and persuasive— yet still able to lift the room with his wit when things felt heavy. Most importantly, I felt like he fought for me in a way no one ever has.
Tom is an excellent lawyer and one of the nicest attorneys I have ever met. He took A lot of time with me to explain my chances and to go over all the facts and evidence. I felt very prepared for the trial day. When we got to the courthouse several lawyers came over to chat briefly with Tom. They all told me that he is the best and I was in good hands. It was obvious that he is well respected by other attorneys and even the judge. As it turned out he did a masterful job with my case and we received an acquittal from the jury in about 30 minutes. I hope I never get in any legal trouble again but if I do, Tom will be the person I will rely on for help.
Very disappointing experience. I hired Gant Redmon to help my elderly father after my father had spent years asking his bankruptcy attorney for a meeting so he, my sister and I could understand why creditors weren’t being paid, where his money was going, and what we might eventually inherit. He didn’t feel he had enough money to hire an attorney, so he asked me to pay for one, and he chose Mr. Redmon, an old family friend, to help get us that meeting. But the meeting never happened. All my father wanted was transparency. If we had gotten that meeting, things would have been very different for our family. We only found out much later that there were LLCs and financial details we didn’t know about, and that the money to resolve things may have been there all along—but we had no way of knowing without that meeting. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him.
