Tina Taylor did not answer questions often, and when she did, they were often incomplete answers assuming I knew law. I spoke with her on the phone briefly at one after requesting follow up on questions, and she proceeded to be rude and condescending. Poor at communicating and unhelpful overall.
Unfortunately, I’m in a situation where I really needed legal guidance. I was vulnerable but tried to be as straightforward as I could be, this is my first time contacting a lawyer. The entire phone call she was so blatantly rude and even at times disrespectful. She also texted me the information the other reviews were talking about but before we ended the call she “begged” that I don’t state what I did to her. If I wasn’t in the situation I am, I wouldn’t have called her. I am truly appalled by her behavior and demeanor and sincerely hopes she learns how to have empathy and patience.
My employer plan has Taylor Law as the only *in-network* lawyer that can assist. I reached out first thing in the morning to be asked if she could call me back. She called me back after 7pm that night saying how sorry she was. I began explaining my situation and how URGENT my need was. She then had to take an important phone call and advised me to email her the information she is going to request via text and that she would talk to me the following day. Well I did email my Eligibility # and the information. I never heard from her and emailed mid day asking what should I do. She just finally responded at 11pm saying Why didn't I do *what she asked*. I said YOU said Wait don't, email me the *what is above* and I will call you tomorrow. Now here I am, going to have to notify my employer benefit of this situation and see what else I can do. I went online to find Reviews and could only find this one. Just something is really off.
If I could give Taylor a zero I would. I called her on the phone and she kept saying she could not hear me yet I could hear her. She was extremely rude and told me to text her. She said she text me back I waited and finally got a text telling me her email address and to explain the situation. I explained the situation and she was supposed to be taking on this case because she was through a legal plan and told them that she would take it on. She wasted my time from alleging she could not hear me on the phone to texting to the email and never answered the email. I wonder what she would have done to me if I had hired her thank God I did not
