Randy Powell is a feminist with a 4th grade IQ and apparently a free hall pass in Bernalillo County Courts. Randy was assigned to my custody case as GAL by the courts down there. From day one this guy hit the ground running for my ex, while setting aside my evidence and witnesses. It wasn't until my then retained counsel sent a nasty email to refund my money if he didn't have time to work on my case. I live in Washington State near Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond Washington. My school sends 66% of its graduates to Ivy Leagues. The average home value in my neighborhood was $1.7 Million. Talking about a high-end area with a great economy, safe schools and additionally yet Mr. Powell exact words were "is it is hard to tell" if my daughter could thrive in this environment versus mom who is active duty and moves around and sleeps around a lot. My daughter has had to attend three different elementary schools in three different states due to mom's AD service thanks to Mr. Randy's lack of.
Randy Powers and Powers Family Law is the worst law firm anyone could hire. Randy is not knowledgeable. In my case Randy showed up in court but did nothing he sounded like a moron in court like Randy never even passed the 5th grade. Randy was to send Property Separation court forms to the Defense Attorney with everything that was agreed on during court but Randy's information on the forms was so vague and far from what was agreed it was like he wasn't even trying to do his job or as if Randy forgot what was even said in court. Randy takes no notes in court I believe Randy Just guesses later about what he remembers happened in court and turns in his own idea of what happened due to Randy forgetting and not paying attention. I will tell you one thing about Randy he is a THIEF and a LIAR he and his associate Kelsey will charge you every time you call them or they call you and or you send a email or they send a email, You will be charged for everything they do wrong.
