Hired Attorney

I had a horrible experience working with Krista. Initially I was excited thinking she really cared about my case. Unfortunately once retained, she was unprofessional, unreliable, and became terrible at communicating. I had to send numerous emails for a single response from her regarding my case and many times I wouldn’t get a response to any emails which would lead to phone calls to schedule meetings since emails were ignored. Twice she scheduled telephone meetings and never showed or communicated why she did not show. I would have to reach out to her after waiting over a hour. I feel completely overcharged for the lack of communication from her and she never completed my requests to communicate and respond to opposing attorney. After approval to remove her as my attorney, she sent a final bill over a month later for charges from almost three months prior. I absolutely do not recommend this attorney.
