While Mr. Martone gathered tons of documentation for my case, he simply failed to push it forward through the SSA. Having worked for over 40 years and having degrees in both business and law, I was not his average client trying to get SSDI so I wouldn’t have to work any longer. Being unable to sit or stand without severe pain and having documentation of spinal injuries, this case took two years with the help of a premier SSDI attorney. It wouldn’t have taken me so long if Mr. Martone would have actively pursued my case. I cannot recommend him.
Worst experience ever!!! After 5 years you would think they would know our case and recognize us! Horrible service from reception to attorney. I am a very positive person, but I am 100% beside myself! There is NOTHING positive about our experience with this company.
