I was injured at the New Mexico State Fair on a midway ride in September 1984. I had to undergo 2 hand operations and had 3 metal pins inserted in my hand. The pins and a cast which I had to wear for 8 months which during that time I couldn't work or drive. The injury was on my right hand and could not wright or function. I had to undergo a second surgery to have the pins removed and was in a second cast for an additional 3 weeks. Charles researched like cases but didn't press for any additional information. I, to this day have limited use in my right hand that prevents me from day to day functions. My recovery amount was $28,000 and his fee was 30% minus medical. I would never refer him to anyone. He also represented my father in 2 cases involving K-B-Toys and Dominos and did nothing to help him. He had to retire due to bleeding in the brain which put him out of work. Charles is just in it for the quick paycheck. Don't count on him to help!!!!!
