I went to Mark in Oct 2021 for his to do a petition for assignment on my deceased father, Kent Farmer’s home. He drug his feet despite me calling once or more a week until I got the foreclosure notice & went into him with it then he got on the ball with things and having my brother sign off and the home was foreclosed on 6/17/22 and I got the signed petition back from the judge the same day the home was foreclosed on. Because of that I lost the home and he has cause me emotional distress losing my childhood home and having to uproot again and move… I PAID HIM FOR NOTHING BUT HEARTACHE!! I wish I would have known that I could have sued him for LEGAL MALPRACTICE!! Only thing to ever make this right would be Mark buying my childhood home for me!! - Amber Farmer
