When looking for a law office for injury please think twice before hiring Mattar. My fiance was injured two years ago and done everything that had to be done and is still suffering. Mattar told him that he would be receiving a substantial amount and now they have told him it will be very little. They are unwilling to go the extra mile now that the deadline is coming up. Have told him if he takes it to court he will lose even when he has been told that surgery may be necessary. They have all the records and dates, but are telling him they don't. Also trying to tell him he was in another accident when he wasn't. They aren't following through with everything he was told in the beginning of all this. Please if you are seriously injured choose another law office!

Between hardly any communication (except for by me), a very lengthy case with no direction, and minimal settlement, with damaging injuries. The only thing I can determine is that there was too much fear to prosecute the largest commercial landowner in the Buffalo area. He got a free pass from the little guy by way of WM, while the business I owned struggled without me there. I would never trust him again, for the 2 minutes I saw him. No thanks.

A first year law student could have handled our case with better results. My wife was in the hospital for a week hospitalized and the doctor was adamant her injury was the result of the seat belt. After the time to settle was ready to expire the lawyer wanted to see if I could get the doctor to submit a statement confirming her injury was the result of the seat belt. Two years and they had not secured this important document. Not the clients responsibility, thats why they were hired . Cost settlement funds,at this point I told the lawyer I wouldn't accept the offer for the remaining portion of the claim,her response was that's all the draft authority the adjuster had,I told her have the adjuster walk my offer of settlement into her supervisor and she did and I settled minus the most important portion of the claim,costing settlement funds. Not a clients responsibility to secure medical documents that supported the majority of the claim.

If morals and integrity is what your looking for you should probabaly look elsewhere. When Anthony isn’t being a b rate ambulance chaser he enjoys cheating on his wife sending pictures of his little penis to his other married co workers.

This firm has gone from SEEMING to want to help me, to booting me from the firm, because I had expectations they couldn't meet. And what's worse, is that there is an offer on the table from the opposing insurance company, that I wasnt even given the opportunity to accept. I was told they were 'closing my file and good luck!' I was also told Mr. Mattar HIMSELF sat in on the meeting where they decided they no longer wished to represent me and was in agreement on booting me. Not even giving me the chance to accept the peanuts offer they were able to get after LITTLE negotiation. Almost like one last slap in my face. CLIENTS BEWARE!! UNLESS YOU'RE A CASH COW, THIS FIRM APPEARS TO HAVE ZERO INTEREST IN YOUR WELL BEING OR OUTCOME!! HURT IN A CAR...CALL WILLIAM MATTAR....ONLY IF YOU'RE ON YOUR DEATHBED AND ARE GOING TO MAKE US THOUSANDS! HA! WHAT A JOKE!!!

Poor record keeping, kept switching lawyers on the case. Did not really seem to care and would never offer any guidance or reassurance. Secretaries were fabulous, tho!!!
