Harding Mazzotti, LLP is a law firm established in 1994 with an office in Albany, NY. At this office location, there are 40 lawyers practicing personal injury, automobile accidents and injuries, medical malpractice and 40 other areas of law.
I believe they are too commercialized and focused only on making money. I believe they may have too heavy of a client load.
I am very displeased by their service due to the fact that they had my file for 2 1/2 yrs, then handed it back to me stating they could no longer do anything for me. Mind you, the Statute of Limitations was to run out 6 months later. I could not get another lawyer to bring suit to court because of this. Therefore, I do not feel that they were truly looking out for my best interest.
To this date, I still suffer from injuries sustained due to this accident.
I contacted and hired MHM and my family hired them (against my advice) and on both occasions they take the case only to drop it if it’s not an easy slam dunk or huge amount of money. They only want the quick easy cases and won’t put the work in if it’s not an obvious and easy win. They only care about themselves not the client and anyone who believes differently has been completely fooled.
Never been through this process before, no information on what happens next in the process. Called my lawyer Brian pissed him off, get a call the next day telling me not to call MY lawyer anymore to call and talk to a paralegal and she will give my concerns to my lawyer. My hearing was scheduled at the day of hearing some other lawyer took my case and calls me the day of hearing telling me what's going on. Been out eight months going back to work, have no idea if my case is closed now or not. No information forthcoming since my hearing about what happens next if anything. I know my case lawyer Brian doesn't care about it. What kind of law firm does'nt let you talk to your own lawyer. I don't recommend this outfit and I'm sure after writing this I'm dead and stinking, but being left in the dark, denying me my lawyer is not the way to do business. I'm sure after writing this my case is over. Thank you Brain for nothing.
All around bad experience Lawyer is a joke. Communication is almost impossible. The lawyer handling my case seams incompetent and repeatedly lies. Make a better choice than I did. Every conversation seems to be adversarial. When the Lawyer has an outgoing voice mail that has not been updated from a vacation -3 months earlier run the other way.
The person Donald that called me back was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. That is not a very good way in order to get clients. It seems like he didn't understand what I was saying. He took it upon himself to try to I think decide whether to pass the information on if you can't get past him then there's no point in trying to hire these people
I was 16 years old and was hit by a truck driven by an aggressive driver had a police report he was ticketed and ended up have to get surgery they settled out for only 15k if I know what I know now I would've went with mainetti and mainetti in Kingston NY they are hands down the best I took the time to post this to hopefully help people get the best compensation you can actually talk with your lawyer at mainetti at least do your homework that's all
Don’t do it! Find someone else. I have had 5 different people working on my case and none of them knew my case. They completely dropped the ball on my case and went we went to a hearing I got slammed. Asking my rep “what now” she literally said “oh well file for unemployment “! Can you believe that?!
The worst ever
Filed a social security disability claim. They dropped the ball unresponsive. At the hearing they changed the lawyer but didn’t notify the labor judge and didnt bring the nessary documents
