VERY RUDE TO CLIENTS. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF. WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. SECRETARY IS MEAN AND NOT EFFICIENT.
Be warned, he will take all the money you have promising you the world and fail. He is terrible at criminal defense. Wouldn't suggest him for anything other than basic legal issues. Remeber you have been warned
We gave him $25,000 and he got my brother 25 years in prison. He took the cash and we never seen or heard from him again. I'm shocked rinsed that he is still in business. Pitiful!!
Without a doubt, Sclenker is one of the rudest, laziest and non-communicative attorneys that I have ever dealt with and hired. We have paid him thousands and thousands of dollars and he has done nothing but brag about himself and name drops to make himself look like hes actually somebody. He has done barely a thing for our case except to let our family member rot in jail. He has barely taken the time to talk or even see his client in jail. Hes gotten plenty of money from us in which to do so. He is pretty useless.
