Hired Attorney

She waited around stating it didn't matter who filed for divorce first when it most definitely is in the advantage of the person who files first. She told me we would have no issues getting my divorce on physical cruelty as I was the victim of domestic violence and turns out my injuries "did not meet the standard of the law" to get a divorce on physical cruelty which a good lawyer should know the laws and standards of those laws.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
