David Christopher McFarland is as incompetent as they come. He is arrogant, impersonal, judgemental, rude and ignorant. He actually defended the other person and said that alimony would be a requirement because of her age. We just learned that there is NO ALIMONY award. Had he been hired then alimony would have been agreed to instantly for nothing. I am so glad that we found a different attorney. If you want someone that will help the person you are suing more than he helps you, DCM is your man.
