Working with Joe at Fields Law was amazing. I can jump to the end by saying that he won my case, but that would detract from the process. I never really had to work with a law firm before, and Joe made it so easy! He kept in contact, both email and telephone, and was always there to answer my questions and explain things that I had some questions about. It has been a stressful time for me, but Joe made it abundantly clear that they were on my side and I had every reason to feel optimistic. The process was certainly quicker than I expected it to be, and definitely less stressful than I thought it would be. At no time did I feel uncomfortable reaching out with questions or any issues I may have had. I can wholeheartedly recommend Joe Scanlon, as he exemplifies professionalism and a strong work ethic that kept me informed and in the loop regarding this whole process. Blake helped me win my LTD claim with Sedgwick after another attorney drug their feet and strung me along. Responds reasonably quick to concerns and questions. I would use him again next time insurance tries to screw me over. And I know it’s just a matter of time unfortunately!
