About Pulitzer Family Law

We are located in Westminster, Colorado and handle divorce and child custody cases. We practice in the Denver metro area, including Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver, and Jefferson Counties. We are experienced, responsive, and prepared.

For the past 26 years Gary has dedicated his practice to Family Law. He knows the difficulties you face in trying to understand the complexities of the legal process. Gary personally explains the details of the process and the law, and responds to your questions and concerns. Hired Attorney Gary Pulitzer

I am so grateful to have found Gary. For the past two years I have been in and out of court and mediation, with a narcissistic ex husband who first tried to take away my parental rights. When that failed, he attempted to punish me financially by refusing to pay the right amount of child support, hiding his true income, and filing endless documents with the court in an attempt to drain what little savings he knew I had. Gary has been by my side through it all. He and his staff have been amazing!

Hired Attorney Gary Pulitzer

Gary graciously took on my custody case three months into it after I had to fire a different attorney because he did nothing but mess up my case worse! From the day that Gary accepted my case, he dived in head first and found out every detail there was to know about my case already so that he could start to unravel the mess. Gary is ABSOLUTELY the reason that I have my kids back with me today.

I would readily recommend Gary to anyone who is seeking legal advice in a divorce situation. Gary is well versed in the law, and took time to carefully explain what was in my best interest. My divorce was complicated and yet he was able to settle without a court appearance. I am grateful to Gary for the results he attained, it was alot more than I had ever anticipated.

Gary changed my life. Having him represent me has affected both me and my ex: I am financially secure and have ALL 3 of my dogs(ex tried to get 1) & my ex had to come up with a ton of money to pay me what the courts awarded me thanks to Gary’s pre-hearing preparation and brilliance in court. Ultimately Gary negotiated a lump sum for me that was 8 times more than what I was willing to accept. Gary was always an advocate for me and got results. He's ethical, kind and smart! I was lucky to find him
