Hired Attorney Sam Morgan

Sam Morgan was an excellent asset throughout the entire contract process. I was referred to him because of his extensive experience with reviewing, drafting and negotiating employment contracts, specifically complicated physician-health care system employment contracts. He knew answers to the questions that I had, raised issues that I would not have recognized, and helped me confidently navigate through the negotiations. I highly recommend Sam Morgan for legal counsel related to employment contracts.

Hired Attorney Sam Morgan

I was referred to Sam via a friend of mine in the industry whom was also very happy with his work. Sam not only personally answered my call, but I had an appointment with him within 24 hours. My case work with Sam was a severance agreement that I needed some advice on - and he provided this quickly, and explained my options in detail. This advice that he passed on helped me to confidently negotiate a better severance agreement. His office and staff are of course also professional and courteous. I will be using him again in the near future with my next employment contract.
