Stephen handled my father’s estate after his passing. Stephen was such a pleasure to work with and so efficient! We have two young children and have been saying we need to get our will, power of attorney, etc. documents in order for the past 5 years! We are just so busy and have not had the time - well, so we thought! It took one phone call and one in-person meeting to sign all the documents - that is it!! We had so many questions just about the basic things since this is all so unknown for us - they took their time with us and explained everything SO well so I actually understood what we were signing. More importantly, I know that (God forbid), something happens to my husband and I our kids are going to be taken care of by some truly, kind people!

Working with Stephen and his team was great. When asking questions, they were very responsive, and explained everything very easily. Stephen was super understanding in regards to the family dynamics. Always kept communication when they had to be notified of any dealing with the guardianship, house sale, and estate of our loved one. Made it very easy to work through all these proceedings.

Stephen Soos is second to none. Whether they were his area of expertise or not, Stephen managed or helped manage opening an estate, a guardianship, an eviction, a judgment for past rent, the sale of our property, and then finally, closing the estate. He was our constant “go-to”. Stephen was always patient with us and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. His response time was excellent. Even if Stephen didn’t have the answers we were seeking, he would reach out and let us know that more time was needed. Communication is key and Stephen was always responsive and communicated with us regularly. I am happy to say that we now consider Stephen Soos our family attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney. You will be happy that you did!
