Mr. Grimm handles complex commercial and personal injury litigation, including automobile negligence, products liability claims, professional liability claims, premises liability claims and mass torts, including multi-district litigation. Mr. Grimm is a member of New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and Bar Association of Erie County. Mr. Grimm is an active participant in numerous civic and charitable organizations. He is Immediate Past President of FeedMore WNY after taking a leadership role in the merger of Meals on Wheels for Western New York and the Food Bank of Western New York.He also serves as Vice Chair for Upstate New York Transplant Services, Inc., which is now known as ConnectLife.He has served on the boards at Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, Gateway-Longview, Inc., and the University at Buffalo Law School Alumni Association.Mr. Grimm is proud to have served as a founding member of the Western New York Distance Running Hall of Fame. He has chaired fundraising events for the Leukemia Society of America and the Oshei Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Mr. Grimm has served on the City of Buffalo Board of Parking and as a Commissioner for the City of Buffalo Municipal Civil Service Commission.
