SHE'S A PIT BULL
Are you aware that an employee contacted me from your office? I’m in Ky. and need immediate representation in order to stop malicious prosecutions and deliberate harm and malice. I’ve been involved in 2 federal investigations that have occurred in Ky. and the DOJ findings support my allegations in addition to discovered altered government records that show identity theft and bank fraud. My matters are complex and most all information needed for a major civil lawsuit against different agencies which includes DOJ and FBI for criminal negligence, wrongful death and having refusals from different agencies to investigate these matters and also having documents stating to acquire an attorney because we are aware that a statement of claim has been sent to the DOJ and we prefer to speak with an attorney to mediate these matters privately. Due to official misconduct occurring there is nothing now to do except file the civil complaint. I am aware of phone scams and impersonations.
The firm tells its client they must submit to mediation. From the start the firm has no intention of taking the client’s case to court except under rare high-profile situations. The firm intends for the client to settle during mediation. Prior to mediation, they do not read any of the client's documentation. Therefore, they can neither make a strong case for the client nor defend them. During mediation, the firm tells the client their case is not strong enough to litigate in court. They use intimidation to force the client into settling. It is quite a racket because the firm does not spend more than a couple of hours on a client, charges the client for the mediation and then receives 40% of the client's settlement fee. All in all, the firm does not invest more than possibly three hours of their time on a case and if, for example, the client is awarded $100,000, the firm earns $40,000. If the firm spends three hours on a client, they are making an absolute minimum of $13,333 per hour.
