About David Edward Mortimer

I am very passionate about the legal profession and handle every case with skill and diligence.  I have been successful in getting numerous Felony and Misdemeanor charges (including OVI's) reduced or dismissed.   My training includes completion of a comprehensive course of study in DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing using the NHTSA curriculum. Furthermore, I have obtained large settlements for individuals and their families who were killed or seriously injured in motor vehicle/motorcycle accidents involving commerical trucks and passenger vehicles.
