Brian Benbow is perceived to be very unprofessional and extremely rude to this previous client. If you just look up Brian Benbows record of misconduct it speaks for itself. Brian Benbow took money and refused to complete a job and in return threatend to sue this previous client if this client posted a poor review. One star service.
Do not waste your time or money! I don't know where his head was, but it was not on my case. He missed filing dates and acted like it was me. He filed motions without speaking to me first. I had to constantly refresh his memory on everything. He flat out lied about what he was going to be able to do and then never even tried once he had the retainer. Completely unprofessional! My dog could have represented me better than Brian.
Doesn’t provide pertinent information in a timely manner. Threatens to sue client if client rights poor review. This attorney was disciplined for misconduct. I would recommend doing research on this attorney.
