Phil Hineman and his staff have been very supportive and available anytime I have needed them. I do not know what I would have done without him. I recommend him to anyone who asks me for an attorney.
Working with Phil was very difficult. Phil tended to ramble often in regards to things that weren’t pertinent to our case. It added undue time onto our case, and in the end cost us a lot of money that was needless. We found his communication to be poor and lacking. There were many times he would ask for extensions without consult in us, and Communicating to us the reason for the extension.
