Janet and her staff are top notch. My issues with my child support modification were not the problem, the issues I had were with bald faced lies coming from the other party in my case. Janet proved, with my receipts, that the other party was a liar and the $21,000.00 in back child support that she claimed she never received, was in fact a lie. Janet also got the other party to admit that on the record in a deposition, saving me from having to spend even more money for costly court hearings.
Ms. Metcalf was unethical in her representation of me. She excluded important information that I gave to her that I believe would have changed the outcome of my case. Her negligence cost me the custody of my two children. She charged me more than $200,000 over the course of several years; I feel she unnecessarily dragged out proceedings to gain financially at the expense of myself and my children.
