Founded in 1999, Allen Barnes & Jones, PLC (formerly Allen Maguire & Barnes, PLC) has extensive experience representing constituents in and out of bankruptcy, including lenders (individual and institutional), debtors (business and individual), and bankruptcy trustees. Our attorneys represent borrowers, creditors, and other parties in all phases of loan workouts, restructuring, and bankruptcy, including bankruptcy litigation and appeals.

I have worked with this law firm for many years. They have always been the utmost professionals. Any questions or problems were handled with the knowledge of a first rate legal group. I believe that no matter what the obstacle presented to them, that they would always find a solution. They flat out care about their clients. I would highly recommend that if you need a law firm, these folks are at the very top of the list.

I filed a motion to relief from automatic stay through Allen Barns and Jons as my tenant filed chapter 11. The case was complicated. I worked with Cody Vandewrecker incoporated with Allen Toms. Cody and Tom had a deep knowledge and rich experience to process my case.They were very kind and available to pick up the phone call when urgent. The attroney fee was fairly charged, processing was fast. I appreciate them and I want to express my thanks to them through google review.

Mr. Allen and his team provided excellent representation for my bankruptcy. I had talked to several other firms, but Mr. Allen was the only one who could put me at ease and make me feel confident and well-informed about my bankruptcy. I was referred to Mr. Allen by a business associate. Mr. Allen, without even knowing me, was gracious with his time in offering his counsel over the phone. Although he said that his case load was too busy at the time, he told me to call him with the results of my impending matter. When I followed up with him, he made time to see me in his office. In my 20 years of dealing with attorneys in Arizona, Mr. Allen has proven himself to be one of the most ethical and knowledgeable in his field.

Tom is quite knowledgeable about bankruptcies and the system. He has a fabulous, talented team (Sherry, his paralegal, is amazing) who worked very hard for us. When our trustee had not closed our case within the "allotted" timeframe, I was quite upset. Tom advised me (on more than one occasion) to be patient and hang in there. I took his advice and the trustee ultimately closed our case without a settlement 2 1/2 years after the original filing. Thank you, Tom!
