I would not recommend them. first of all, he did not listen to the basic background information i had given. My parent was living at home and I wanted Medicaid approval to place him into a facility and I was asked repeatedly what long term facility he was in. you would think from the way he acted i was the only person in the history of long term care needed medicaid prior to getting into a facility. Also there was a very good chance I would have been denied due to the look back rule. He didn't explain the consequences to me of denial, he was simply going to submit the application because he didn't care if it was accepted or not, because at that point he would have charged an hourly rate for working through the denial. He also became pushy about getting a retainer prior to me knowing some very basic information that an average person would need prior to making such a big decision
