Hired Attorney

Awful experience and slow process with lack of communication. Have been told multiple dates before the process of payout for my case would be finished from the months of June 2025 until today's date which is October 13th 2025 and the attorney said the first week of Oct 2025 that it would be over and payout would happen the first week of October and when it didn't happen, we attempted to contact Attorney Mcnally to find out he instead went on vacation with no communication or heads up. This is absolutely unprofessional and careless to 2 families in desperate need of financial aid. He has been unprepared every court day and never has information that the has needed which has constantly delayed this process. Would not recommend.
