I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and my Juris Doctorate degree from the Appalachian School of Law. I have practiced law in Virginia since 2008 and have represented clients in cases involving divorce, custody, child support, protective orders, evictions, third-party debt collectors, personal injury, estate litigation, estate planning, guardianships, conservatorships, and other civil matters. I have been with The Heritage Law Group since 2015 and currently focus my practice on estate planning, guardianships, conservatorships, fiduciary services (acting as Trustee or Power of Attorney), and litigation. I am an active member of the Virginia Peninsula Estate Planning Council and the I’Anson Hoffman American Inn of Court. I am proud to have been a part of changing Virginia guardianship law and was honored to speak in front of the Virginia General Assembly in support of the change. I have lived all over the country, but for the last 10 years I have been a resident of the peninsula. My family and I enjoy swimming, boating, camping, all sports, and spending time with loved ones. I have been a Denver Broncos fan since childhood, and a Virginia Cavalier fan by marriage. I pride myself in creating an inviting atmosphere for my clients, as well as, working cordially with the opposing counsel or non-represented party if litigation is involved.
