Dan is a wonderful attorney!!!! He has gone above and beyond in helping with what began as a child support modification that quickly turned into a child custody trial, which has lasted over 2+ years. Mr. D'Agostino successfully brought to a close a protracted child support litigation that was being pursued against me by DSS. In doing so he was required to navigate through the laws and requirements of three states with regard to child support. He eventually prevailed and even managed to obtain legal fees from DSS despite the statutory provision excluding them.

While he may claim he is confident, his persona comes across rather arrogant. While working with him I felt comfortable but the moment I heard him talk to someone else I was embarrassed to have him speak. Rather than work through issues, everything got escalated and required a fight which was expensive and wasn't really what we wanted.
