Hired Attorney

This attorney did nothing for our case except for collecting her fees. We had to contact her to even have a meeting prior to the hearing. She never did any leg work, she never asked for exhibits to enter into evidence. On the day of the hearing she was inside the courtroom with the plaintiff & their attorney for a long period of time as we sat in the hallway. She insisted we settle before the hearing even started stating her reasons for settling was she felt the judge was going to take away custody time from us if we didn’t settle. She never even presented our case. It was as if we were strong armed into settling & she never fought for us. But yet in our one and only meeting prior she felt strongly that we would win. Suddenly on the day of & after their “secret” time inside the courtroom she changed her tune. IMO she’s a joke of an attorney & I would never recommend her unless you just want to waste your time & throw your money away.
