Hired Attorney David E. Cook

Highly recommend. Very professional and informative. Also not afraid to go toe to toe with a judge or other lawyers. Put up a fight for me in the courtroom and was able to win the case for me.

Hired Law Firm

I recently used David cook for my custody case and he was the best you could as for. Very well organized, made sure I was comfortable and prepared for being in the court room, made sure all of my witnesses were prepared and the fees were reasonable. Legal terms, circumstances and the process can be quite confusing but David was able to make sure I could understand the process start to finish. The outcome after the trial was certainly in my favor. You couldn't ask for a better lawyer.

David was extremely responsive in answering all of my questions, gave great advice and looked out for my best interest. He also did what he could to speed things up and make the experience as cost effective and painless as possible for me. I highly recommend him, can't say enough how valuable it is to have all of your questions answered within the same day!!

I originally met Attorney Cook when he was the prosecutor in a case where I was the victim of a rape.Attorney Cook treated me with respect and took his time making sure I understood the upcoming court procedures and the law. His confidence,undivided attention and support are what got me through the trial,and his knowledge, compassion and experience are what got my rapist a guilty verdict on 7 charges. Attorney Cook went above and beyond to make sure that my rapist got the punishment he deserved.

Hired Law Firm

Paid $2500.for custody help to David Cook who failed to do what was asked of him. He handed my grandson over to his father, giving the father almost everything he was asking for. The judge that was assigned to our case, Thomas Kelley VI,was just as bad at his job as David Cook. The judge repeatedly attacked my daughter and Cook did nothing to stop it. Talking with Cook before our hearing, he made himself look like a complete idiot. Constantly saying he didn't understand what we were saying.
