He did a fine job on helping us get guardianship of our 18 year old grandson who is autistic. He is/was very polite, professional at all times, quick to help us, and went the extra mile to help us. He was always friendly and down-to-earth attitude. He treated us with respect and did all he could do to help us.
When I hired Mr Bitzer I had specific demands, such as my husband paying for my daughters college tuition. The original papers stated he would pay $100,000.00 towards her tuition. Mr Bitzer told me I could ask for the $100k and let my daughter fend for herself or leave this in the divorce. I left it in the divorce and somehow the amt changed to $75k and my daughter was stuck paying $25k in loans. I would not recommend his service I was very unhappy with the outcome of my divorce.
