My husband and I were looking for an attorney with clear, reasonable fees to handle our wills, powers of attorney, TOD designations, and advance health care directives. We’d had a trust when our kids were minors, but with them now adults and beneficiaries set, we didn’t feel one was needed. The first firm we met with pushed for a new trust costing around $3,000 upfront plus $500 annually. Then we found Kathryn, who offered set fees, listened carefully, and confirmed a trust wasn’t necessary right now. She also prepared our wills to allow for an easy transition to a trust in the future if our assets grow. Kathryn was warm, professional, and efficient—her office completed everything within two weeks. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking straightforward, fairly priced estate planning services.
