Mr. Romano is extremely professional, knowledgable and does the utmost for his client.
His staff is also polite and responsive.
Rude and cannot even ask a question ! Never communicates - staff is just as bad - he is Arrogant and makes personal remarks - he is a bully in a suit ! Has no class ! I wish I had gone to Dibbini! I should of left from day one - he was arrogant! He did absolutely nothing for us!
Andrew lost my $15,000 deposit due to his failure to act timely despite my urging. He merely kept the money or let the seller keep the money. This was outrageous.
Warning:: Find a qualified attorney who is responsive and prepared!! Mr Romano is nice bit not a very adapt attorney.
Andrew Romano, Yonkers, NY real estate attorney, is a con man. He lied about everything, he made me lose my buyer and quit in the middle of a closing. He knew my buyer had no intensions of purchasing my place, and yet wasted my time anyway. He lost my buyer, he lost my deposit. {para}DO NOT HIRE HIM, NOT IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE. {para}He's like a Jersey shore character...total trash. STAY AWAY!!!!
