I was a litigant who has witnessed firsthand the egregious corruption enabled by Judge Hal Greenwald in the 9th Judicial District Supreme Court. He allows corrupt attorneys to perpetrate a "sewer service" fraud scheme—filing fake lawsuits with falsified affidavits and evidence—knowing they are committing perjury in his courtroom. Despite clear evidence of fraud, he fails to hold these attorneys accountable, enabling their racketeering to continue unchecked. As a judge, he’s the epitome of corruption, betraying the public’s trust and the principles of justice. Victims of this systemic abuse deserve better—Judge Greenwald is a horrible judge who undermines the integrity of the NY judicial system.
Worst Judge ever!!! Can’t believe he is aloud to sit on the bench!! He clearly does not know what he is doing!!! If anyone gets stuck with him as their judge, good luck cause you will need it!! Very unfair with his decisions when there is clear evidence of truth against what he rules. He makes up his own theories to satisfy his rulings.. really sad the way he gets to play with peoples lives!!!
Greenwald wouldn’t know a good parent if he looked in the mirror. When confronted with a hard case or an abused child he tucks his tiny tail between his legs and runs.
Mr Greenwald is a terrible judge. Biased against females, and moms who didn’t lose custody of her children. Don’t worry, complaint coming soon!
couldn't make it as an attorney and was hearing parking ticket offenses before getting elevated (inappropriately professionally but very much still needed heigh-wise and IQ-wise, to family court clown. makes his own rules and went to a too bit law school....and his behavior on the bench/potty, is sheer insight into his lowly level education, less-than-mediocre training and lack of scruples. LOL little "hal"
